FDM Technology

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling). technology is one of the most popular methods when it comes to rapid prototyping. 3D printing in FDM technology is characterized by the imposition of successive layers, which, depending on the resolution and geometry, are more or less visible. In order to provide a prototype of the highest quality product, we offer additional processing - grinding, painting and gluing. Combining the printed elements allows us to obtain large-sized details with a relatively small loss of durability. Thanks to the fact that we have a large number of devices working in this technology, we are able to realize even the largest orders in a short time. Stratasys' industrial 3D printing systems allow us to ensure the best quality of prepared prints.

RESIN

PolyJet Technology

It consists of building models from acrylic resins, which are cured with ultraviolet light. The resin is applied using hundreds of dosing nozzles, which allows to achieve very high precision, even at 16 µm. Each layer applied is polymerized by double-sided exposure to UV lamps. A great advantage of the PolyJet technology is the possibility to use a support material, which is then easily removed with water using a pressure washer. The props are constructed in such a way that they do not affect the surface of the base model, so that it remains perfectly smooth. PolyJet technology offers a wide range of materials with different properties.

Manual HD scanning

In the past, it was impossible to achieve the desired quality of detail at a sufficiently high 3D scanning speed. Today this achievement is what infoSoftware Polska has at its fingertips. The new model uses an internationally patented, advanced HD high-speed scanning technology.

Faster and more precise measurement

In HD manual scanning mode, the standard 7 scan lines have been replaced with 100 lines, which has significantly improved the data capture process. The scanning speed is now 550,000 points per second. All of this ensures the perfect balance between high scanning speed and detailed measurements.

Enlarged scanning area

The single scan area has been increased by 60% and is now 300 x 170 mm. As a result, the data capture speed for large objects has increased significantly. The size of the scanned object can range from 0.05 m to even 4 m.

The ABS-M30™ is nearly 25% stronger than standard ABS material and is the perfect material for conceptual modeling, functional prototyping, tool making and final parts.

The ASA material allows the manufacture of high quality UV-resistant components. ASA is an excellent prototyping material that provides a very good surface texture. Its UV resistance makes it ideal for outdoor applications.

PC-ABS (Polycarbonate-ABS) is one of the most commonly used industrial thermoplastics. This material is a mixture of two materials and therefore offers the most desirable properties of both. PC-ABS provides excellent strength and heat resistance as well as flexibility. This material has a higher firmness than ABS itself. Due to the additive of polycarbonate, it strengthens the material which additionally reduces its shrinkage during printing. This material is widely used in automotive and industrial applications.

PLA is an ecological, biodegradable material, which is perfect for creating prototypes, architectural models, industrial forms. It allows to obtain the ideal product surface.

Tough PLA is a material with, compared to standard PLA, increased impact strength that maintains all the advantages of this material at the same time. Dedicated to engineering applications, it will work perfectly when it is the mechanical resistance that is the main requirement of the printed model.
