The goal of the InfoSoftware's project was commissioned with was to develop a device which allows for a fast and safe contact-free body temperature measurement. An additional requirement was the ability to read temperature and potential alarms notifications on a mobile device. The limited space that we could utilize was another problem infoSoftware had to face. The product we were offered, the iS Box, met all of our requirements and it's size allowed for wall mounting next to the swing gate. With this solution, the dispatcher can safely verify that the person entering the facility does not have a raised body temperature before opening the gate.
Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service
After testing various gate systems from different manufacturers, we have chosen the one by InfoSoftware Polska. Until now, measurements were performed manually using a standard thermometer, which was very time-consuming and posed a risk of an employee contact with an infected person. The iS GATE allows the staff of our gatehouse to continuously and remotely monitor the temperature measurements without the need for physical contact with a potentially infected customer. The measurement results and all alarms are displayed in real time thanks to the included app. Ultimately, we decided to purchase a temparature measurement gate, thanks to which the flow of customers visiting us is indisputably faster and more efficient,
Marshal's Office of Świętokrzyskie Province
InfoSoftware has designed and developed and IT system for monitoring hangers in the EPD (Electrophoretic deposition) paint shop, adjusted to our in-house needs. The system was made in a way that enabled easy expansion with new modules. These modules can be added in the future based on our preferences. The service for the implemented EPD system is based on an SLA agreement. In addition, we have also been provided with the HelpDesk service, which allows us to registed notifications from selected users, and to transparently monitor the progress of work on the reported problem.
BWI Group
We have implemented a body temperature monitoring system in two of our departments. Our goal was to increase the safety of each employee and each applicant who crosses the threshold of our office. Thanks to InfoSoftware's product, the Customer Service Office employee can monitor the temperature measurement of each person entering the premises. In case the temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees - the gate reacts with a visual and acoustic alarm. This prevents exposing employees of our facility to possible danger of infection.
Krosno Municipal Office
The Queue Management System, delivered by InfoSoftwarePolska Ltd., has been facilitating customer service of the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Department of the District Office in Kraków for 5 years. As the result of the ongoing cooperationg with InfoSoftware, we are planning to launch another module of the iS Queue, which will enable online registration of visits to the Traffic Department and it's affiliates. We have analyzed many queuing softwares. However none of the products available on the market fully met our expectations in terms of the possibility of adapting it to our needs. Only the iS Queue product from InfoSoftware Polska allowed for such an individual approach. The technology in which it was created additionally enables easy implementation of new functions. At the beginning of the project we knew that the requirements for the device may change throughout the process of work and testing the next stages. This required the software to be developed using the incremental method. We implemented a cooperation methodology based on Scrum elements, which lived up to our expectations.
Finally, the launch of the system allowed us to optimize the operation of the citizen's registration to the office. Curently, we can handle about 400 visits a day on average.
District Office in Rzeszów
In 2015, as the County Office, we faced the new challenge of moving to a new building. We realised that we needed to introduce an innovative system for customer service for all departments of the district office.
After testing the products available on the market, we came to the conclusion that a change of approach was necessary on our part - instead of looking for a product, we started looking for a contractor with whom we would be able to create a product fully meeting our expectations.
We started cooperation with InfoSoftware Polska and together we developed a concept to create a system to manage the Authority's customer service, which later became known as iS Queue. We decided to adopt an incremental software development model. The final result of this work is a system that has been successfully operating in our Office since 2015.
The iS Queue system allows us to manage customer flow in the office in a way that optimizes all available resources and working time of the employees. We have implemented it in all of our units serving the office's customers. The system's functionalities have proved to be extremely useful and are used by us in case of special crisis situations, threats or simply demanding cases.
Thanks to the implementation of the iS Queue system, the efficiency of our Office's work has significantly increased. We have reduced the waiting time for service almost to a minimum, while at the same time maximizing the efficiency of work on service stations.
Having good experience in cooperation with InfoSoftware Polska, we continue to develop the iS Queue system together. The latest example of which is the introduction of features enabling the system to be operated with a disability - blindness.
