RODO / General Data Protection Regulation

EU data protection regulation containing provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and provisions on the free movement of personal data. The purpose of the Regulation is to bring about full harmonisation of the law within the EU and the free flow of personal data.
